MYSTERY CRAFT COLLIDES WITH GIANT ZEPPELIN ABOVE MANHATTAN 🚨

DEADLY MIST FOLLOWS DEVASTATING AERIAL INCIDENT – CITY UNDER LOCKDOWN

Army Hawks Outmatched in High-Altitude Dogfight; Downtown Buildings Damaged in Fiery Wreck

MANHATTAN, N.Y. (INN) – In an astonishing turn of events that stunned the noonday crowds, the skies above Manhattan were torn asunder at approximately 12:45 p.m. yesterday, when an unknown zeppelin soaring at a dizzying 25,000 feet was engaged by a squadron of Army Air Corps P-36 Hawk fighters.

Due to oxygen limitations, the Army's finest couldn't rise above 14,000 feet, but opened fire with .50 caliber machine guns, showering hot brass over the bustling streets below. Eyewitnesses describe the chatter of gunfire echoing through the avenues as New Yorkers ran for cover.

Then, without warning, a mystifying aircraft — sleek, silvery, and without propellers — tore through the sky at unthinkable speed, flying rings around the Army squadron “like they were parked on a dime.” The new ship, flying well above the Army’s ceiling, engaged the zeppelin at close range, exchanging visible flashes and thunderous booms.

At 1:06 p.m., the unmarked aircraft struck the zeppelin’s gondola. A brilliant flash ignited the sky, followed by the collapse of the gas bags. The wreckage plummeted earthward, striking near University Place and West 4th Street, igniting fires and leveling several buildings. First responders swarmed the site.

Only minutes later, a strange, yellow-tinged mist blanketed much of Manhattan. The vapors were thickest near the crash zone, and witnesses say civilians began collapsing, gasping and crying out. Experts on the ground suspect it to be a mustard gas, like that used by the Germans in the last war.

By 2:00 p.m., all telephone lines were cut off, and military quarantine was declared. The National Guard, U.S. Army, and Navy have mobilized. Manhattan is under martial law.

There has been no word from the offices of the governors of New York or New Jersey, and the FBI is working “around the clock.” The White House has yet to comment.
